1What we collect
Nothing that leaves your device. 9 - 5 Workday Siege does not ask you to create an account, and it does not send your personal information to us or to anyone else. The current version of the game contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no tracking.
2What the game stores on your device
To make the game personal and to remember your progress, the game saves a small amount of information locally on your phone or tablet only:
- The first name, company name and job you type in at the start (your coworkers use them in their jokes).
- Your chosen coworker language, sound settings and game speed.
- Game progress: days unlocked, stars, in-game salary and gems, weapons, outfits, skins and records.
This information is never uploaded to our servers. You can change it in the game at any time, and it is removed when you delete the app.
3Third-party services
The game is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. When you download or update it, Google or Apple may process information under their own privacy policies (Google, Apple). We do not receive personal information from them about you.
If a future update adds optional rewarded video ads or in-app purchases, they will be provided by the store and by an advertising partner, and this policy and the store's data-safety information will be updated before that update is released, explaining exactly what is processed and why.
4Children
The game is a light-hearted office comedy rated for ages 12 and up. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Because the game collects no personal data at all, nothing about a child is ever sent to us.
5Your choices and rights
Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on our side. You stay in full control: edit your profile in the game, reset your progress, or uninstall the app to remove all saved data.
6Security
Your game data lives in the app's private storage on your device, protected by your device's own security. We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date.
7Changes to this policy
If we change how the game handles information, we will update this page and the effective date above. Important changes will also be mentioned in the app's release notes.
